The focus of this job is utilizing the training provided to identify and solve our customer’s problems. The job requires a high degree of “selling”, whether of ideas or products or services in the marketplace. The ability to understand, quickly react and motivate others is a critical key to success.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum two years experience in field sales
• Proven ability to penetrate new accounts and grow market share
• Industrial sales experience
• Experience with industrial distribution sales is a plus
• Determination to succeed
